The service

Surgeon Shortlist is run by Vibrant Consulting Ltd, registered in Ireland (company number 718751). Checking a named surgeon is free. Finding surgeons by procedure and where you'd have surgery shows three confirmed specialists free on every search; the full shortlist needs a pass.

Passes, payment and refunds

A pass gives unlimited searches for its length (7 days, 30 days or 6 months from purchase), for any procedure and country we cover, on any device. It is paid once; nothing renews. The price shown includes any VAT due where you are. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

You receive your pass as a link by email. There is no account or password: the link is your access, and anyone with it can use it, so keep it to yourself. You can have the link resent to the email you paid with at any time while the pass is live.

A pass is digital content delivered the moment you pay. At checkout you agree to that immediate access and acknowledge that, as EU consumer law allows for digital content supplied straight away with your consent, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply. Passes are not refundable, extended or paused. If a payment is taken in error or a pass never arrives, use the resend link on the unlock page first, then the contact form, and we will put it right.

Not medical advice

We are not a medical provider. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation to have any procedure or to choose any surgeon. Speak to qualified medical professionals about your own situation.

Accuracy

We report what each source shows and the date we checked it. Registers change, sources can be unavailable and names can be shared by more than one person. "Not found" never means a surgeon is unregistered, only that we couldn't match them. We work hard to be accurate but can't guarantee that every source is complete or current, so please confirm directly with the register.

Independence

No surgeon or clinic pays us, ever. We don't accept sponsored listings, referral fees, commissions or clinic advertising, and nobody can pay to appear, be listed first or change what we show.

Using the site

• Use the site for your own personal research.
• Don't scrape, copy or republish reports or shortlists in bulk, or use automated tools to run checks or searches.
• Don't share a pass link. It is for the person who bought it; a link in wide circulation may be ended.
• Don't try to disrupt the site or get around its limits, including the hourly limit on free searches.

Our content

The design, text and reports on this site belong to Vibrant Consulting Ltd. Public records belong to the bodies that publish them, and we link to them so you can check for yourself.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made using information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
